ASA Architects has served the Las Cruces schools for more than 30 years, designing facilities that have proven durable and efficient. ASA, with Dekker Perich Sabatini of Albuquerque, has been selected to design the next high school for the district, a 300,000 s.f. campus estimated to cost $70-90 million. Recently, ASA completed Las Cruces’ newest elementary school, an 86,000 s.f. facility designed to accommodate 700 students. The $11 million schools’ design features energy-efficient construction and lighting as well as an oversized multi-purpose room for community uses. and fine arts facilities.
